Frames provides support with spare parts supply and spare parts management. We do not just replace the old and worn out component with the new one. We assist you with the strategic spare part consultancy in order to assure your system is working reliable and meets desired availability.
We help you to enhance performance by upgrading over time and reducing demand for spare parts over the life-cycle of a system. Ultimately we are there to help you reducing the OPEX of a system while also reducing the environmental footprint of the system.
More than three decades of experience allows us to assist Clients with spare parts from our systems and from the systems supplied by third parties. Our spare parts department is organised to quickly inventory what solution optimally fits your request.

To support services and aftersales activities and to be of service to clients, Frames has set up a Services Repair and Reconditioning Shop. Besides spare parts, the shop also has test equipment and special tools to repair the most common equipment in the industry.
Our highly skilled technicians are available seven days a week (24/7) to back-up Frames service engineers and to react directly to our Clients’ demands.
