We are pleased to announce that we have successfully secured an order for the supply of FPSO based Slop Water Treatment Package for our client in Malaysia.We are very proud to present: www.framesrenewables.com.

This Slop Water Treatment Package is a skid-mounted unit and consists of proven technology of a Deoiling Hydrocyclone followed by a Coalescer Filter. The Slop Water fed from the upstream Slop Tanks will be treated in the Slop Water Treatment Package to meet treated water quality parameters as per regulations and requirements.

A clear communication with our client and thorough technical discussions were decisive for Frames to secure this project.

Contract award for the flue gas conditioning and condesing unit

Frames to supply a flue gas pre-conditioning and condensing unit.

The first full size project for a customer outside the Netherlands. This is the first phase in a project aimed at realizing a full size (4,4 ton/h) production CO₂ capture from biomass combustion with delivery to a greenhouse and partial liquefaction.

The contract includes basic engineering for boiler integration and plant layout.

Order award for a CO2 removal and glycol drying skid

Order award for a Gallaxol (R) CO2 capture unit

The customer will use the harvested pure CO2 for fertilizing the nearby greenhouses resulting in fully sustainable vegetable production.

Frames Renewables has successfully completed the installation of the infrastructure for the Hydrogen refueling station at Green Planet, Pesse (NL). We have also performed additional services such as strength and leak testing, pre-commissioning, purging and drying to the full satisfaction of our customer and the Inspection Authorities.

Frames Renewables has been well known for the design and delivery of its plug & play systems and packages, and now a full service team is also at your disposal for fieldworks as well. Nawara CPF 1st year of production

Over the last year, Frames Services provided support to OMV in South Tunisia during commissioning and after start-up of the Nawara CPF.

Last week was the celebration of the first year of production after flare ignition.

We remain involved in this project and #OMV can continue to rely on the capabilities of Frames and its products.

The original Nawara packages were built and delivered together with #Streicher.

FLUE GAS CONDENSER PASSES EBI INSPECTION

This month the steam-boiler with flue gas condenser supplied by Frames at one of our valued customers passed the EBI (“Eerste Bijzondere Inspectie”). This is a mandatory inspection that checks whether the installation complies with the design and the applicable standards and regulations.

Recovered heat

The Frames flue gas condenser (FGC) is integrated with a Vyncke biomass steam boiler. The FGC recovers -on average- an additional 2 MW of heat @ 65 degr.C from the flue gases. When combined with the steam from the boiler this heat can be used for the heating of greenhouses or for district heating.

Reduced Emissions

In addition to heat recovery, the FGC also reduces dust and ammonia (NH₃) emissions. So-called PM2.5 emissions (particulate matter smaller than 2.5 µm.) is reduced by 20%.

Ammonia, which is a by-product of NOx reducing measures in the boiler, is lately coming under more scrutiny by regulators. The FGC washes the ammonia out of the flue gases ensuring it does not leave the chimney.

CO₂ Capture ready (CCU)

The combination of the steam boiler and Frames FGC makes this boiler “CO₂ Capture ready”. This means that without any modifications to the current installation, a Frames CO₂ capture plant can be installed to capture clean, biogenic CO₂ for use in greenhouses or industry.

Frames Group B.V. acquires stake in Twinning Energy B.V.

Frames Group B.V. and Twinning Energy B.V. have entered into a close cooperation to offer hydrogen mobility solutions including local, green hydrogen generation options. The cooperation has been formalized by the acquisition of a 50% ownership stake by Frames Group in Twinning Energy.

The transition from fossil fuels to green energy is increasing momentum, with hydrogen having the potential to transform the way we currently think about transportation and mobility. Hydrogen driven vehicles or FCEV’s (Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles) are an essential building block in decarbonizing the transportation and mobility sectors. The combination of mobility solutions offered by Twinning Energy, including fleet-owner refuelling equipment, with the local green hydrogen generation systems designed and delivered by Frames will allow fleet-owners to begin phasing out fossil fuels today.

In light of these developments and the strong desire to promote the potential of hydrogen for the energy and mobility sector, Frames Group B.V. and Twinning Energy B.V. have joined forces to focus on the delivery of total solutions.
